Lois Armstrong

Lois's art career began in the Washington, D.C. area, she has since returned to her roots, the Southern Appalachian Mountains It is here, surrounded by natural beauty, from which she draws inspiration.

Lois is a talented artist working in several different mediums. She has received numerous awards and recognitions across the United States and her work has become highly collectible.

She is widely known for her realistic wildlife paintings on pressed leaves. They are each unique and individualized. She has a knack for taking an already beautiful piece of nature and recreating it into amazing works of art.

Her watercolor and oil paintings are so realistic detailed - by letting your imagination guide you, you can almost smell the aroma of the flowers on canvas, or hear the painted birds chirping a sweet melody.
