Chizuru Warner was born in Fukuoka prefecture, Japan. After graduating from a public high school, she had a career as an office worker for over 15 years in Japan. Then she emigrated to the state of Tennessee in the United States for an international marriage. She currently belong to the Morristown Art Association and enjoys painting.
